Bikie gangs in Western Australia have been sent an ominous open letter from police warning of a major crackdown on underworld activity.
WA Police fired off the 309-word missive to warn underworld figures what they could expect from cops over the forthcoming months, including visits from the gang crime squad ‘day and night’.
It also warned they faced having their luxury cars seized and assets frozen under tough economic crime laws.
The letter landed on Friday just hours before notorious ex-Hells Angels bikie Dayne Brajkovich, 44, was stabbed in the neck around 9.50pm at the Ministry of Sound Classical EDM concert at Perth‘s Kings Park and Botanical Garden.

Police are treating it as a targeted attack, with the throat-slashing nearly costing Brajkovich his life – if not for the quick-thinking of a nearby doctor who saved him.
The open letter, which was shared with the West Australian, warned underworld gangsters that they and their families would be under ‘intense surveillance’, with their names would be added to international watchlists.
‘Violence and the peddling of meth and misery will not be tolerated, and as such, police will continue to use the State Government’s tough legislation to go after the leaders of outlaw motorcycle gangs who break the law.
‘For those currently occupying senior positions within these gangs, or for those who may be considering occupying the vacant leadership position of the Rebels OMCG, WA Police have prepared the following summary of what you can expect to come with the job.
‘A visit from the gang crime squad, day or night, whenever criminal behaviour occurs within your gang.
‘Intense surveillance focused on you and your gang, which will likely inadvertently impact on the privacy of your friends and your family.
‘Your name added to special watchlists run by agencies including Interpol.’
The Rebels gang remains without a leader, over six weeks after the death of former head Jamie Ginn.
Brajkovich hasclaimed he was partly-responsible for provoking the savage attack.
‘I asked for it, I got it. That’s the game,’ he told The West Australian.
‘But I didn’t see the knife coming. Thought it got the jugular or artery but just a vein. Got it all sewn up.’
Police said he received ‘a serious laceration injury to his neck’ in the attack, before being rushed to Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) for emergency surgery.

It is also believed he suffered an injury to a finger as he tried to defend himself.
He was seen leaving RPH early on Saturday morning with his wife Jacinta, and a large dressing on his throat and a heavily-bandaged finger, before his vehicle was followed by a police detail.
Detective Senior Sergeant Thompson said police had an ‘ongoing concern for his safety’ and condemned the ‘immature, violent outbursts’.
