Diddy’s reputation in the public eye has taken a massive hit over the past few months as he has been sued by multiple people for alleged sexual assault and misconduct.

On Saturday (May 4), the mogul shared a video montage that features him in warm embraces with his loved ones before cutting to a shot of him standing on the beach and welcoming a storm with open arms.

The captionless clip features audio from a 2022 sermon by Bishop T.D. Jakes during which he said: “Not hysterical, not frantic, not anxious, not fretful, but steady in the storm — looks bad, looks tough, but remain steady in the storm.”

Check it out below:

Earlier this year, Diddy claimed that he is the true victim when it comes to the numerous allegations made against him.

A filing by his attorney Jonathan Davis in late February painted the businessman as well as former Bad Boy Records president Harve Pierre as “victims of the ‘cancel culture’ frenzy in the courts.”

Both are defendants, along with an unnamed third assailant, in a lawsuit filed late last year by an anonymous woman who accused the three of gang-raping her in 2003, when she was just 17 years old.

While making it clear that “[d]efendants have categorically denied Plaintiff’s allegations,” the majority of the aforementioned memo argued that the case should be dismissed because it wasn’t filed in time.

Before making the technical arguments (which involve, among other things, a decision involving Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler), Davis said: “The lawsuit has singlehandedly irreparably damaged the Individual Defendants’ reputations and their standing in the community and has resulted in them becoming victims of the ‘cancel culture’ frenzy in the courts – well before any evidence has been presented, and on the basis of rank, uncorroborated allegations.”

The memo can be read here in its entirety.

As part of the same case, Diddy recently called in the big guns and hired Bobbi Sternheim to replace Davis to represent him in court.

According to court documents obtained by HipHopDX, Sternheim filed her Notice of Appearance with the Southern District of New York in mid-February. A former president of the New York Women’s Bar Association, she previously made headlines for defending Ghislaine Maxwell in the infamous Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking case.
