Flavor Flav is standing behind Jelly Roll amid news of the “Need a Favor” singer leaving social media after he was constantly bullying about his weight.

On a new episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, the Tennessee native’s wife Bunnie XO explained why the rapper and singer is no longer on the internet.

“My husband got off the internet because he is so tired of being bullied about his fucking weight, and that makes me want to cry, because he is the sweetest angel baby,” she said. “My husband doesn’t show it to you guys, but I’m going to have a very vulnerable moment here. It hurts him.

“The internet can say whatever the fuck they want about you and they say, ‘You’re a celebrity. You’re supposed to be able to handle it.’ No the fuck we’re not. Enough is enough.”

On Wednesday (April 24), soon after the news began making the rounds online, the Public Enemy veteran took to X (formerly Twitter) with a minute-long video sharing how much he loved her peer while expressing his frustration at the bullies who drove him offline.

“Y’all gone and bullied one of THE NICEST people off social media, so I felts the need to standup for my man JellyRoll,” he wrote in his caption. “That man does so much for people and communities through his music and activism … Luv me some @JellyRoll615 and Bunnie.”

Earlier this month, Jelly Roll recalled turning down down an opportunity to meet Diddy because he didn’t have a good feeling about it.

On the latest episode of the podcast CANCELLED with Tana Mongeau, the 39-year-old told the hosts about his brief experience dealing with the Bad Boy Records mogul.

“I did [Jimmy] Kimmel [Live!] the day Diddy did Kimmel,” he began, referring to an episode of the late night show that aired on October 30 last year.

“This is the first time in my career, ever, where they said, ‘Do you want to meet such-and-such?’” he continued. “And I said, ‘Yeah,’ and I started walking that way.

“And as I was getting down the hallway — this is a true story — I said, ‘Nah,’ and went and got back in the car … When we were walking, I was like, ‘I don’t know.’ Very seldom does things rub me in a way where I was like, ‘I don’t even know if that’s a picture I want.’”

The spur-of-the-moment decision, he implied, is something he’s now grateful for following the string of lawsuits against the businessman, who is also the subject of an ongoing federal investigation.
