BILLBOARD LATIN MUSIC WEEK TO UNVEIL FULL SCHEDULE AT PRESS CONFERENCE WITH MIAMI BEACH MAYOR DAN GELBER AND LATIN SUPERSTARS MIKE BAHÍA AND VENESTI

On Wednesday, September 20, global music authority Billboard will host a  press conference with powerhouse Colombian singers Mike Bahía & Venesti, Miami Beach Mayor Dan GelberValentina Bueno, Director of Karol G’s Con Cora Foundation, and Billboard Chief Content Officer for Latin/Español Leila Cobo, to celebrate the return of Billboard Latin Music Week in Miami Beach next month and to show appreciation to the city for its continued support of the legacy event.

During the press conference, speakers will provide a sneak peek of what fans can expect to see at Billboard Latin Music Week, which returns to Miami Beach from October 2 – 6, coinciding with National Hispanic Heritage Month. The week-long event will feature an expansive programming lineup with one-of-a-kind performances, exclusive premieres, can’t miss panel conversations, workshops, showcases and networking opportunities with some of the biggest names in Latin Music. Mike Bahía will headline the Billboard En Vivo concert with Greeicy on Monday, October 2 at the Faena Forum, and Venesti will perform at the Official Billboard Latin Music Week Kickoff Party presented by AP Global Music at the M2 Miami on Monday, October 2.

The press conference will also announce plans for a special fundraiser for Karol G’s Con Cora Foundation, which supports women under vulnerable conditions. The Con Cora Foundation promotes women empowerment through the social, economic, artistic, psychological and spiritual support to women who are heads of households, youth at risk, children with chronic or disabling diseases, teenage pregnancy, women deprived of liberty and post-penalty, low-income women, among others.
