Over the weekend, the famous Ultra Music Festival took place in the heart of downtown Miami. This is a three-day festival where electronic music reigns supreme, attracting an audience of approximately 60,000 people.

24ora.com was present and encountered several Arubans who traveled specifically for this festival. At the main stage, we also saw several Aruban flags waving proudly amidst the crowd.

One of the Aruban attendees is Miguel Ospina. This is his second time attending the festival and he recommends everyone to attend to experience it. Some of the most popular DJs present were Hardwell, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Tiesto, and more.

Due to bad weather on Friday night, the organizers made the difficult decision to stop the event. There was heavy rainfall and also a tornado warning.

It’s worth mentioning that the economic impact the festival brings to the city of Miami is significant, totaling more than 1 billion dollars. For this reason, the city provides full cooperation to ensure the festival can take place. The next festival will occur next year between March 28th and 30th, marking its 25th edition.
