Signature Star

Signature Premier – 60 ml

Locally produced Star Anise cordial – 20 ml

Ice

Method

Stirred over ice and served straight or on the rocks garnished with Star anise.

Star anise has travelled across the global kitchen, with its origin to China. Its successful cultivation stays restricted to China, Vietnam and partly Arunachal Pradesh. There other names for the spics- Chakra phool  / Chakri phool, Anasphal. This pretty looking condiment is known for its sweet flavour and for healing or medicinal purposes. The Signature Star makes a well-balanced drink with the flavours of the Signature premier and the gentle spice notes and sweetness of the star anise.

Signature Fire & Ice

Signature Premier (infused with Local chilli – Bhut jolokia) – 60 ml

Chilled ginger ale – 60 ml

Chilled soda – 60 ml

Ice

Method – Built up over ice in a highball glass.

Bhut jolokia a.k.a Ghost chilli is an interspecific hybrid chilli pepper cultivated in the Northeast part of India. In 2007, Guinness World Records certified it as the world’s hottest chilli pepper. The chilli is a part of every meal in every household of the Northeast. For our Signature Fire & ice, we infuse our Signature Premier with bhut jolokia / local chilli for a few hours to get the right spice and punch in the drink and splash in some chilled ginger ale and soda to cool you down.  

East India Julep

Signature premier -45ml

Kaffir lime leaves – 3 numbers (Gondoraj Lime – 3 chunks)

Mint cordial – 10ml

Fresh lime juice-  10 ml

Soda – 90ml

Method – muddled and built over ice in a tall hi ball glass. Garnish with kaffir lime leaf

GT Sour

Signature Premier – 60ml

Roasted Cumin Cordial – 15ml

Aromatic Bitters- 3 drops

Fresh Lime juice – 15ml

Vegan Foamer/Egg White – 3 Drops/1 number

Method – Shaken with ice and served straight or on the rocks.
