The pair of 80s legends will play the Scots event this Saturday and Sunday.
Ella Henderson, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Gabrielle are also attending the Scottish Borders festival.
As well as Callum Beattie, The Eves, Lewis Ross, Connor Fyfe and Rianne.
Revellers can book weekend tickets with the additional option to camp overnight.
The site contains a ten-acre area where music lovers can pitch tents over the weekend.
Visitors travelling from Edinburgh are advised to follow the A68 southbound following signage for Newcastle.
The nearest train station is Tweedbank with regular services arriving from Edinburgh Waverly.
And busses will cover local Borders towns including Tweedbank.
Food, drink, alcohol and glass are not allowed, with searches in operation on entry.
Billy Ocean is famed for a string of memorable hits including When the Going Gets Tough and Love Really Hurts Without You.
While fans will remember Wet Wet Wet for songs such as Love is All Around and Sweet Surrender.
