Worthington Windsurfing Regatta and Music Festival kicks off in style
WORTHINGTON, M.N. (Dakota News Now) - The annual Worthington Windsurfing Regatta and Music Festival kicked off with an opening ceremony on Friday night.The regatta has been around since 1999 and organizers are hoping to build off of consecutive record crowds in previous years.
