Glasgow’s best free music festival brought top 90s acts to city

Glasgow’s low budget music festival was major success

Govan Music Festival flogged tickets for a maxium for £5 each to help make it accessible for everyone. Over 300 artists and guests performed during the eclectic programme for the third annual event.
