Refunds from Bay City Music Festival processing

BAY CITY, Mich. (WNEM) – Bay City Music Fest took place more than a month ago, and some of our TV5 viewers who wanted a refund from the event are wondering where their money is.

Ken Shelton of Ken Shelton Promotions told TV5 that the ticket agency he works with has been issuing refunds.

Some online refunds are on hold because of chargebacks customers are doing with their banks.

Shelton said he isn’t issuing any Friday night refunds because there was a festival on Friday night. Saturday’s performance was canceled due to weather.

He said the refund process can take up to 90 days, which would be late September. Shelton went on to say he is hoping to have this addressed soon.
