On the Road to Bastrop Music Festival

Join us Sunday, Sept. 10, from 5-8 p.m. for free live music and fun on the gorgeous park grounds at The Colony, just down the road from downtown Bastrop. Less than two weeks before Bastrop Music Festival will fill downtown Bastrop with music, BMF alum Aaron McDonnell will perform his old school country sound. Before Aaron and his band take to the stage at 6:30 p.m., a community open mic will allow anyone to share their talents. Don’t miss it—you could be getting a first look at a star on the rise (maybe even a future Bastrop Music Fest performer!).

Grab dinner from a food truck, and enjoy complimentary drinks and even an ice cream truck for the kiddos. This is a family-friendly event, and we welcome you to come out with your camping chairs and blankets. Furry friends are welcome on leashes. There will also be a giveaway for a pair of VIP tickets to Bastrop Music Festival, and weekend wristbands will be sold at a discounted rate.
