The Forbidden Fruit Festival returns to the grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham during the June Bank Holiday Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd, 2024. While Ireland is getting ready for this, the names of the performing artists are already announced.

The Next year’s Forbidden Fruit Festival will feature performances by Nelly Furtado, Four Tet, Bicep, and others.

Some 15 artists will be performing at the fest and this has got the netizens excited.

Taking place over the bank holiday weekend, festival goers will have the Monday to recoup after a night of dancing and listening to music.

Forbidden Fruit will be Furtado’s first performance in Ireland since Slane 2000, as well as her Irish festival debut.

She is noted for chart singles such as Maneater, Promiscuous, and Say It Right from her platinum-selling 2006 album Loose, as well as her 2000 breakout single I’m Like A Bird.Belfast’s electro dance duo Bicep will also perform on the festival’s main stage, returning to Dublin after a sold-out gig at the 3Arena earlier this year. The Northern Irish duo, known for their stunning audiovisual displays, will present the festival’s audiovisual DJ set spectacular CHROMA.

The 2024 Forbidden Fruit lineup also includes jungle and drum and bass producer Nia Archives, top London dance group Barry Can’t Swim, rising rapper Freddie Gibbs, Irish electro purveyors Le Boom, and a DJ set from iconic UK chart botherers Groove Armada.

The 2024 line-up also includes British-Armenian producer Hagop Tchaparian, Swedish dance act DJ Seinfeld, house music artist salute, Welsh dance duo Overmono, Berlin-based Irish DJ Sally C, London vocalist-producer George Riley, and hip hop combo Frankie Stew & Harvey Gunn.

Tickets and Pre-Sale

Pre-sale and payment plan options will be available beginning at 9am on Monday, November 27, with general sale tickets going on sale at 9am on Wednesday, November 29 via Ticketmaster. The prices of the tickets will be: Tier 1 – €129, Tier 2 – €139 and Tier 3 – €155.
