Lil Nas X has shown his romantic side with Latto after she namedropped him on her recent single “Sunday Service.”

The “Put In Da Floor” rapper posted a picture on Instagram on Thursday (February 15) of a large bouquet of roses, with the card revealing they were from Lil Nas.

The message on the card read: “I would never curve you, happy valentine’s day, Lil Nas X.”

Latto had previously referenced the openly-gay rapper on “Sunday Service,” bragging: “Lil Nas X is the only n-gga curving me.”

Despite the romantic (and tongue-in-cheek) gift from Lil Nas, Latto is rumored to be dating fellow Atlanta rapper 21 Savage, though the two have never publicly commented on their relationship.

Speculation surrounding the pair was fueled last month when eagle-eyed fans noticed that they both appear to have tattoos of each other’s name.

A photo that surfaced online showed a red tattoo behind 21’s ear that apparently says “Alyssa,” which is Latto’s real name. The “Big Energy” hitmaker’s matching ink in the same location says “Sheyaa,” which happens to be 21’s birth name.

The talk of a romance between the two artists began in early 2021 when Latto was pressed about the dating rumors before shooting them down.

“No,” she told Wild 94.1 in an interview. “It’s videos on YouTube of me performing with him at the Palace, I think that was the Palace. Like, it be real respect, you know what I’m saying?”

Lil Nas X, meanwhile, came out as gay in 2019, months after the release of his debut single “Old Town Road.”

The 24-year-old recently had his sexuality questioned online, with some people accusing him of faking being gay.

In response to the criticism, Lil Nas joked: “Oh no guys it’s the estrogen expert.”

He also said: “Do i have to give head at 3:45 am behind a mcdonalds in chicago on a friday night during the middle of pride month while streaming on twitch and ig live for y’all to realize i am really a fruitcake.”

The post accusing the “Montero” hitmaker of faking his homosexuality was liked by Saweetie, a move that was noticed by fans.

She later explained: “He was lookin fine af that’s why I liked the video. I didn’t see the shadiness…(*unlikes*).”
