Lil’ Kim Takes Off Her Panties, Throws Them Into Crowd at Music Festival: Watch the Video

Lil’ Kim proved that sometimes less is more. While performing at Atlanta’s ONE Musicfest on Saturday, the rapper asked fans, “What do I got for y’all next?” She then informed the crowd that her “panties [were] coming down.”

The performer removed her underwear, which was sitting on top of her leather pants, and tossed them into the crowd.

Lil’ Kim is no stranger to teasing fans with her fashion choices. In 1999, she memorably walked the MTV Video Music Awards carpet wearing a seashell as her nipple cover.

“My nipples used to pop out so much on their own,” the rapper told People in a 2021 interview. “The girls used to laugh at me and Missy [Elliott] said, ‘Girl, your nipples pop out so much. One day, you need to just come outside with one nipple out.'”

Credit goes to Lil’ Kim’s stylist Misa, who dreamed up that look and encouraged the rapper to get creative with her fashion choices.

“It was always either me or Misa taking risks,” she told the outlet. “I would either show up with the mink bikini and Misa would go, ‘Ooo, we gotta use that,’ or she would show up with a sheer shirt.”
