There have been some big, big names to play on stage at Boise Music Festival throughout the years. Ludacris, Nick Jonas, Walker Hayes, LL Cool J, and that’s just the tip of the on-stage iceberg.

With so many stars having played BMF, who does Boise want to see on stage next? Well, that depends who you ask.

Every time this question pops up on our socials, we’ll get answers from every edge of the musical universe:

  • Nickelback
  • Metallica
  • Lil Wayne
  • Billie Eilish
  • Taylor Swift
  • Blink 182
  • Michael Bublé

Are any of those acts going to show up on stage at a future Boise Music Festival? Who knows, but literally any of those would be amazing and it’d be an incredible show.

But, enough about internet comments and random answers. Who do we really, truly want to headline Boise Music Festival? That’s right:

“Weird” Al Yankovic.

To be completely clear, this is strictly the opinion of this humble writer, but hear me out. The guy has been making hits and performing live since before most of us were born, he’s still releasing music and touring all the time, and all his music is clean and family friendly. What’s not to like?

That’s just my two cents. Who do you want to see on stage at Boise Music Festival next year? Drop us a line and we’ll make a couple calls.

In other BMF news, one of our favorite acts to ever grace the big stage just got a huge accolade! Check this out:
