New video footage published Thursday shows the horrific moment Hamas terrorists arrived outside the Supernova music festival in southern Israel and began indiscriminately shooting revelers during the early stages of the Oct. 7 assault.
Israel’s public broadcaster Kann News shared the dashcam footage, which was first published by South First Responders, a Telegram channel of clips and photos gathered by those arriving to help those attacked by Hamas.
In the video, shared below, Hamas gunmen are seen pouring out of trucks that had driven through festival traffic. Vehicles can be seen swerved to the sides of the highway, reportedly after fighters arrived and shot at those inside.
Gunshots can be heard coming from all directions, while smoke rises in the far distance.
Warning: the video below is extremely distressing.
The footage is the latest reminder of the massacre that took place at the music festival in the early morning hours of Saturday, October 7. Around 260 people were killed there, while others were taken hostage.
Supernova’s organizers said the attack was “a scene of unspeakable tragedy, an inhumane war crime, and unprecedented violation of the most basic human values.”
On-the-ground media reports have verified as much, with the scene of the slaughter now considered the first strike in a war that has consumed Israel and Gaza.

When they tried to reach their brother again about four hours later, there was […]
