Hellensmusic Festival is set to take place in the landscapes of rural Herefordshire.

The festival aims to bring together world-class musicians, aspiring artists, local children, and music lovers for an “immersive” experience.

It will feature a range of performances from solo Bach to Argentinian tangos and classics by Mozart and Tchaikovsky.

The festival will also include a unique concert at 5.30pm on Sunday, May 11, featuring the world premiere of a composition by Omar Massa, along with performances by masterclass students.

The festival will also feature a diverse mix of music across three centuries, performed at the Walwyn Arms pub on Saturday, May 10, at 9.30pm.

Festival-goers can also enjoy Beethoven’s Sextet for Winds and César Franck’s Piano Quintet on Monday, May 12, marking the culmination of the masterclass programme.

The festival will run from Thursday 9, to Sunday, May 12, with events taking place at various venues including St Bartholomew’s Church and The Great Barn.

Tickets for general admission range from £10 to £20, while students in full-time education can attend free of charge.
