Gillie Da Kid has clapped back at Jess Hilarious for writing off his basketball skills in a new social media clip with Chris Brown.

On Wednesday (February 21), the comedian shared a clip from The Breakfast Club in which she, DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God discussed Breezy and the Million Dollaz Worth Of Game host being invited then uninvited from participating in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game this year.

When Charlamagne insisted that Gillie is far better than Brown at the sport, she edited the clip with a voiceover that said: “Yo, climb out this n-ggas nutsack.”

Not long after, the 40-year-old media personality shared a video to his Instagram in which he could be seen getting the better of the “Look At Me Now” hitmaker in a cross-court shooting contest.

“sumbody tell @jesshilarious_official stop hatin,” he captioned the post.

Earlier this week, Gillie Da Kid claimed that the NBA screwed him out of appearing at the 2024 All-Star event in Indianapolis, Indiana.

During an appearance on Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson’s All the Smoke podcast, the former rapper aired out his grievances with the basketball league.

Chris Brown Reacts To Statement Denying Company Blocked Him From All-Star Celebrity Game

“The celebrity game would get more views than the All-Star Game but they won’t put me in there,” he said. “Our assistant was talking to people from the league. I was told that I was playing in the game and I was going to be mic’d up. The muthafucking list came out with the players and I wasn’t on it.”

Jackson then suggested that Gillie Da Kid was snubbed because he played in Ice Cube’s BIG3 All-Star Game, to which he jokingly responded: “So you mean to tell me it’s because I was MVP two years in a row in the African American league?”

He added: “So you telling me that the MVP of the Negro League can’t get no [love]? So you saying I’m Blackie Robinson?”

For nearly a decade, the Rusical challenge ascended beyond its humble origins, becoming a mainstay of nearly every season. Beginning with “Shade: The Rusical” back in season six, the theatrical exercise asked queens to deliver their best renditions of musical caricatures. […]
