Dominica to host World Creole Music Festival Launch Party on July 28
The Ministry of Tourism of the Commonwealth of Dominica is all set to host the launch party of the 23rd edition of Dominica’s World Creole Music Festival. The launch party will be held on Friday, July 28, at Anchorage Hotel, Castle Comfort, from 6 30 pm onwards.
The event will be streamed live through the Ministry of Tourism’s social media pages and unveil the artist lineup, event details, and more.
This year the World Creole Music Festival will be held from October 27 to 29 and will be bigger and better than ever. While creating excitement for the biggest event, the Tourism Ministry said, “Get ready for the ultimate Musical and Cultural Extravaganza! The wait is soon over – World Creole Music Festival is BACK and will be bigger and better than ever.”
It asked everyone to mark their calendars and added, “Start packing your bags and get your flights booked for October 27th – 29th as we bring you the unforgettable WCMF23 in the Caribbean gem, Dominica.”
Also, the Ministry asked all interested persons with available accommodation to register their properties with Discover Dominica for the next World Creole Music Festival edition. The last date for registration was June 30, and Discover Dominica has several registrations for the upcoming festival.
Last year, the World Creole Music Festival turned out to be a huge success with an amazing artist lineup, including Nigerian fame Burna Boy hence creating overall anticipation for this year’s event.
This annual music festival is known to be among the amazing three nights event in the Caribbean region, and people from around the region travel to Dominica to join this event and make unforgettable memories. Also, the government of Dominica, along with the Tourism Ministry and Discover Dominica Authority, works so hard to make this event a huge success.
