The 23rd edition of the World Creole Music Festival was officially launched by the Discover Dominica Authority on August 8, 2023. The festival is returning with a significant focus on culture and patriotism as the event overlaps with the 45th-anniversary celebrations of Dominica’s independence.

The three-day music festival will take place from October 27 to 29 at the Windsor Park Sports Stadium, Roseau and will follow a ‘Legacy’ theme by paying tribute to past festivals. The first wave of the music festival includes Dominican locals Midnight Groovers, Gordon Henderson, Extasy and Michele Henderson.
