Demi Lovato helped kick off The Town 2023 music festival in São Paulo, Brazil over the weekend.
The pop star was among the many big stars to strut their stuff on the big stage that was headlined by the likes of Bruno Mars, Foo Fighters, Maroon 5 and Post Malone, according to Music Wizard.
Lovato and her band came roaring out of the gate by opening the set with the rock version of Confident, which was the second single from her fifth studio album of the same name.
She would go on to deliver the hits throughout her 18-song set that included Sorry Not Sorry, Tell Me You Love Me, Give Your Heart A Break and Skin Of my Teeth, as well as Cool For The Summer and Heart Attack, which served as the encore tracks.
Afterwards, Lovato wasted little time in trying to get to the airport for a flight put of the country but was besieged by hundreds of fans trying to get a selfie with the American pop star.

Lovato appeared from out of a sea of people crowded around her, with the help of security guards on both sides of the singer.
Dressed in an all-black sweatsuit, the Albuquerque, New Mexico native had a big beaming smile on her face as fans snapped photos and yelled out for her to stop for a selfie.
She also wore black sneakers and had her dark locks pulled back off her face in the fronnt and long n the back.
Apparently having just cleaned up after her performance at the festival, the Sober star had her sights set on getting to the airport for a flight seemingly back to the States.
But the mass of people gathered around her proved to be difficult for her team to navigate.
‘What an amazing show.. thank you Sao Paolo and @thetownfestival for having me,’ Lovato said of the show on Instagram, before adding, ‘I love my Brazilian lovatics so much!!! (And of course thank you @luisasonza for joining me to sing our song together – love you!!).’
The song she was referring to where she shared the stage with Luisa Sonza was Penhasco2.
‘Love you tifff!!!! Thank you!!’ Lovato said to the Brazilian singer in another Instagram post, for which Sonza shot back: ‘Love you so much this was so beautiful… killed it.’

The Town 2023 music festival continued on with shows September 3, 7, 9 and 10.
Lovato had been on her Holy Fvck Tour in support of her eighth studio album of the same name between August and November 2022.
The album debuted at number seven on the US Billboard 200, marking Lovato’s eighth consecutive top-ten entry on the chart.
It also topped the Billboard Top Rock Albums and Top Alternative Albums charts.
