DULUTH, Minn. — The 26th Homegrown Music Festival is well underway! Tuesday night featured four musical acts at the festival’s largest venue yet — AMSOIL Arena.
The festival features about 160 bands or artists at 35 venues spread across the Twin Ports. And while the event is no stranger to the DECC, this year is the first time Homegrown has found a home at AMSOIL Arena.
“I think for such a vibrant music and arts community, that it’s grown exponentially over the years,” Assistant Volunteer Coordinator Sara Mannetter said. “This is just the icing on the cake that it’s a big, big venue.”
Tuesday night at AMSOIL Arena featured Duluth-based The Brothers Burn Mountain, Woodblind, A Band Called Truman, and Big Wave Dave & the Ripples. You haven’t missed out just yet — the festival goes through May 5th.
