Legendary 1970s band play at Barnoldswick music and arts venue

A Lancashire arts centre hosted a night with legendary band T-Rex – The Music of Marc and Mickey.

Crowds turned out to welcome the band, which included members of the unique band to the Barnoldswick Music And Arts Centre.

The band handled guests from throughout the north of England to a night that includes a few of their Nineteen Seventies classics.

The six piece band always tour the world efficiently time and time once more, performing the legacy of Mark Bolan and Mickey Finn.

Neil and Deborah Creasey from Barnoldswick stated: “It is our first time at McCullough’s – what a incredible band and we have made some new associates too!”

Simon and Julie added: “It is fabulous and we’re all feeling 14 once more! Dancing within the aisles.”

Glen and Sharon from Clitheroe had travelled to the venue with associates Debbie and Graham from Hertfordshire.

They added: “We completely cherished it. Singing, dancing, cheerin; it was alive and kicking in Barlick with loads of love for this band and this venue.”
