Greenwich investigates beach parking pass ‘scam’ complaint

GREENWICH — The city is investigating after a resident complained {that a} city worker within the ticket sales space at Greenwich Level Park improperly charged a customer money for an pointless parking cross — an allegation that caught consideration on social media.
